Camper forms may not feel exciting (like waterskiing), but they are one of the most important tools we have to make sure your child’s summer is safe, successful, and meaningful. While there’s nothing new or different about forms this year, their importance hasn’t changed one bit.
Simply put: the more we know, the better we can care for your camper.
Forms Help Us Know Your Camper Before They Arrive
Every camper comes to Beber with their own personality, strengths, needs, and hopes for the summer. The information you share helps us understand your child before they step onto camp grounds.
Camper forms help our team:
- Prepare for medical needs, medications, allergies, and dietary considerations
- Support emotional, social, or learning needs thoughtfully and proactively
- Make informed cabin and program decisions
- Ensure counselors and specialists are set up for success from day one
This information allows us to meet campers where they are, not after challenges arise, but from the very start.
Why Details (and Honesty) Matter
Some questions may feel detailed or personal. We ask them because they help us do our jobs well.
Sharing relevant information, even if it feels minor, allows us to prevent issues rather than react to them. Everything you share is treated with care and confidentiality and is only shared with staff who need to know in order to best support your child.

Completing forms on time gives our team the opportunity to:
- Review submissions carefully and thoroughly
- Follow up if clarification is needed
- Coordinate across medical, leadership, and counseling teams
- Start the summer prepared rather than rushed
Early submission helps ensure nothing gets overlooked and allows us to give every camper the attention they deserve before the season begins.
