Introducing Our Summer 2026 Internship Cohort

This summer, we’re excited to introduce something new at Beber Camp, our first-ever internship cohort.

At its core, this program is about investing in people. These are individuals who already care deeply about camp, and now have the opportunity to grow their skills, take on meaningful responsibility, and explore what leadership can look like both at camp and beyond.

Our 2026 intern team includes:

  • Ari Kirsch, Communications Intern
  • Brady Traugot, Social Work Intern
  • Ella Metzger, Health Center Intern
  • Noah Richheimer, Health Center Intern
  • Marlee Golden, Development and Alumni Engagement Intern
  • Shaun Rubin, Maintenance Intern

Each intern will be embedded in a specific area of camp, working closely with our full-time team while taking ownership over real projects that help move Beber forward.

What makes this experience unique is the combination of hands-on work and intentional growth. Interns will be supported by both internal and external mentors, participate in career readiness conversations, and engage in regular cohort check-ins throughout the summer. The goal is not just to support camp, but to help each of them build skills and confidence that carry well beyond Beber.

We’re proud of this group and excited to see the impact they’ll have, on camp, and on their own journeys. Scroll down to learn more about this summer's internship cohort.
