Alumni Visits

Alumni Visitor Policy

We are thrilled to have you as a potential visitor to Beber Camp, and we want to ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience. Our visitor policy outlines the guidelines and expectations for all visitors. We take the safety and security of our campers and staff very seriously, and we ask that all visitors follow our policies and procedures to help maintain a positive and safe environment. We hope this policy provides clarity and answers any questions you may have about visiting Beber. Thank you for your cooperation.

Alumni Reunion Years

-If you wish to visit camp during a year that we are hosting an Alumni Reunion, please plan to visit during that weekend.
-In case you're unable to attend the reunion but would like to visit our camp, we would love to have you for lunch. Alumni are invited to arrive at 12:00 pm and check in at Sycamores, after which they can proceed to the dining hall. We kindly request that all alumni depart by 1:30 pm and refrain from entering the lower camp area. We will arrange for you to have an escorted tour. To ensure that we can accommodate all visitors, we have a maximum of 4 people per day, and we require at least 2 weeks' notice prior to your intended visit. We love when alumni visit but it’s important that staff focus is on this generation of campers. We love to show off camp to our alumni.

Please contact Harrell Wittenstein to set up a time visit.
