Instructions
The Summer 2009 registration form is now available! In order to access the registration form, you must have the free Adobe Reader installed on your computer (available for download at www.adobe.com). Once you have Adobe Reader installed on your computer, there are 2 ways to register for Beber Camp 2009. As in past years, you can print out the document and mail it to our winter address with a deposit check. This year we have also introduced the ability to fill out the form on-line, as well as submit it directly to Beber Camp by clicking the submit button at the bottom of the registration form. If you do fill out the online registration form, you must complete the credit card payment section of the form and submit your deposit in this manner.

Payment Terms
A deposit of $750.00 is required with submission of the registration form. The total balance due for each registered camper must be paid by April 1, 2009. The camp tuition includes laundry service, canteen, yearbook, out of camp trips, unlimited 1-way email, unlimited 2-way faxing, and website photo access. The camp tuition does not include charges for transportation (including unaccompanied minor fees and baggage fees), camp wear, health insurance, spending money, and mandatory pre-packaged prescription medication. Staff gratuity is also not included.  This charge will be reflected on your final tuition bill as follows: $60 for Rookie I, Rookie II, Session I, Session II and Pioneers and $120 for Full Season and CITs.

Registering your child by October 15th, 2008 will qualify you for Early Bird registration if applicable . Early Bird Registration is available only to the following: 1) Campers who attended Summer 2008 and only applicable to campers enrolling in same session as Summer 2008, 2) First time campers with a sibling who previously attended, and 3) first time campers with an alumni parent who previously attended as a staff or camper. There is an Early Bird discount of $100 and it also guarantees a spot for the summer of 2009. If you are a returning camper who would like to switch/change sessions, you are not eligible for the early bird registration and must wait until October 16th.

We cannot guarantee spaces for Beber Camp 2009 for non early bird campers. In order to have the best chance of securing a space, a registration form should be submitted as soon as possible. After the Early Bird registration deadline of October 15th has passed, registration forms will be processed in the order they are received. You will be notified if your camper is registered and if space is not available for your camper, we will contact you with the option of placing your camper on a waiting list. Deposits are not cashed unless your camper is registered.

Conditions
• The camper and their parents or guardians agree to abide by the rules set by the Camp Board and Director. This is for the safety, health, and welfare of everyone at camp.
• The Camp reserves the right to refuse or cancel any enrollment if the camper’s physical condition is considered unsatisfactory. In such cases, deposit and/or tuition payment will be returned.
• The Camp reserves the right to dismiss a camper whose physical condition, conduct or influence on others is considered unsafe, unsatisfactory, or not in the best interest of the Camp. In these cases, there will be no refund or reduction of the tuition.
• There will be no reduction in the tuition of late arrivals or early departures.
• Tuition in full is due April 1st. Tuition is not refundable except due to illness as indicated by a doctor’s note.
• The deposit includes a $200 non-refundable Registration Fee. The remainder of the deposit is non-refundable after March 1st, 2009.
